As Director of Allfields RACS, Alex oversees every stage of the customer journey—from initial consultations and system design through to project delivery and after-sales support. His commitment to high standards ensures every installation is completed safely, efficiently, and with the long-term needs of the homeowner in mind.
Alex takes a practical, hands-on approach to every project, working closely with homeowners, builders, and his team to ensure clear communication, careful planning, and a smooth installation process from start to finish.
His commitment to doing the job right the first time, combined with genuine care for every customer, has helped establish Allfields RACS as a trusted name in residential air conditioning across Perth.
Since relocating to Australia in 2011, Alex has built a successful career within the residential air conditioning industry. Originally qualified as an NVQ Level 2 Plumber in the UK, he developed a strong technical foundation before transitioning into air conditioning, where he has spent more than 12 years building his knowledge and expertise.
What sets Alex apart is the breadth of experience he has gained throughout his career. Having worked across installation, team leadership, account management, residential sales, and now business ownership, he understands every stage of an air conditioning project—from initial consultation and system design through to installation, commissioning, and long-term customer support.
Throughout his career, Alex has also managed relationships with some of Western Australia’s leading project builders, custom home builders, architects, and interior designers. Working alongside these professionals has strengthened his expertise in system design, project coordination, and delivering air conditioning solutions that integrate seamlessly with each home’s design, budget, and lifestyle.
Today, Alex combines his technical knowledge with practical, real-world experience to ensure every customer receives honest advice, quality workmanship, and a solution tailored to their home—not a one-size-fits-all recommendation.
